Samastihti Through the Primery.
This class is an much appreciated session from both yoga instructors and practitioners. It’s help us to
understand the importance of how the graceful energy of prana [breath] moves beyond Asanas. It also shows how we use the strength of joint stability in motion through out the practice of yoga by building up three important foundations breath rooting & core. Align the body according to every different individual. Tone the internal organs through precise movement in
asana’s. Balance and steadiness from all direction’s [The practice of samastitihi]
As journey of yoga goes forward in life it’s imported for us to stay focused not to fall for game traps of I amness, ego. We need to memorize our self
continuously to follow the basic guidelines of
nonviolence and truth.
